Good Morning,
It is Tuesday already; it is as if we received a jumpstart on the week. Today there is hoework club in room 218. Tomorrow is a half day and grades close Friday. Please stay afterschool with me THURSDAY if there is anything you need to make -up, anything you did not fully complete OR you just want to check in and make a plan for 3rd quarter.
This week each class will take a short introduction on Shakespeare quiz. The idea is not to memorize the material, but to be familiar with the time period and its quirks. Also, we will discuss themes that will be explored throughout reading Romeo and Juliet. Notetaking is expecially important during this unit. If you are absent, please get the notes from the day copied. Your notes throughout the play will help with taking quizzes as well as writing the papers.
