Good Morning,
T-minus one more morning wake up. Four classes completed in class essays on Romeo OR Juliet yesterday. We will use those essays as a springboard for a longer, more complex character development paper as we continue reading Romeo and Juliet. Today is the quiz on the Prologue and Act I. Tomorrow studenst will pick a "focus" lenses and take notes as we watch, compare, and contrast two different movie versions of Romeo and Juliet.
Period D has been presenting their independent reading reports. I am pleased with the thoroughness of their work!
REMINDER to Period C & F: Complete your independent reading books over the break. You will have a week to write up your report after we return.
PLEASE take the time over the vacation to breathe deeply, look introspectively, hug those close to you and, perhaps, reach out to someone new. One never knows the deep and lasting impact of a small gesture of kindness.
